  • Managed and optimized campaigns for paid channels including Facebook, Pinterest and TikTok and traditional media including TV and OOH resulting in increase of visits by 2% YOY

  • Led monthly data reporting and invoicing process using PowerBI, Google Analytics and data storytelling to ensure that all stakeholders have clear visualization on our media buys, ensuring that the team remains up to date with our KPIs

  • Led social media task force targeted with the main goal of improving our social media strategy and presence resulting in a 15% increase of engagement and an increase of 5% in market share

  • Liaised with Creative Manager through creative briefings to seamlessly implement innovative creative concepts such as creative targeting on Meta, resulting in enhanced visuals and user experience resulting in an increase of 1% CTR and 2% visit increase YOY.
